Orders
When placing an order on Coastal Christmas Trees you agree to these Terms and Conditions and you are making an offer to purchase goods from Coastal Christmas Trees. Once payment is accepted, an acknowledgment with all your order details shall be emailed to you along with your invoice. We will contact you regarding any out of stock items and delivery details will be confirmed when the order is dispatched.
Strong passwords is advised to prevent unauthorised access to your account. Please keep these confidential and secure. All activity that takes place through your account is your responsibility. If you believe that your username or password has become known to, or is being used by, people other than you, please inform Coastal Christmas Trees immediately.
Order Processing
We take online security very seriously, use Stripe to process customer credit, and debit card payments. Payment information is not stored on our website or server and is encrypted in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, stripe make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order you have made, please contact Coastal Christmas Trees immediately. Once Coastal Christmas Trees accepts the cancellation of your order, then a full refund will be issued. However, we are unable to action a full refund if you cancel under 7 days before your delivery or collection date. If you are not entirely satisfied with your tree upon arrival, contact us straight away and we will endeavour to revisit and rectify. However, if your complaint come 7 days after delivery we are unable to issue a refund or replacement tree. It is entirely your responsibility to follow our care guidelines, we can not accept returns over 7 days.
Returns & Refunds
We don’t accept returns once the tree has been collected or delivered.
Once the tree has been accepted we are unable to accept any returns and therefore no refunds can be issued.
